The Young Eagles were up 16-12 after one quarter of play, but Galatasaray came back to tie at 31-31, heading into the locker room at the intermission. The second half was all Beşiktaş, as the Black and Whites entered the fourth with a 57-46 cushion. They took complete command in the final stanza on their way to a convincing a 76-60 victory that gave them the third place.
Beşiktaş had failed to make the final after going down to Efes Pilsen 82-67 the previous day.
Umut Can chipped in a game-high 29 points for the Black and White followed by Doğukan Şanlı (13) and Kartal Özmızrak (11). |
