The home team got off to a blistering start and rode the hot hands of Lamayn Wilson and Ricky Davis for a 30-16 first-quarter lead. The Black Eagles looked more energized in the second but still trailed 44-36 at the intermission. Thanks to a torrid shooting performance by Brad Newley and Cevher Özer, the Black and White got back into the game in the third and took a 63-62 edge entering the fourth, en route to an impressive 81-73 win.

The hard-fought victory gave the Eagles a 3-1 quarterfinal series win and qualified them for the semifinals set against the formidable Efes Pilsen.
